Do you offer online therapy?
Yes, I provide virtual therapy for clients in Texas.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I accept Ascention (SmartHealth), Carelon, Oscar (Optum), United Healthcare (Optum), Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Oxford (Optum), Cigna.
For those who do not want to use insurance, the private pay rate is $110/50minutes.
Do you work with men?
Yes. While I specialize in women's mental health, I work with all genders who fit within my areas of practice.
What issues do you help with?
I primarily work with anxiety, overthinking, relationship difficulties, trauma, emotional regulation, self-doubt, motherhood, and major life transitions.
Do you provide EMDR?
Yes. EMDR is one of the approaches I may incorporate into trauma therapy when clinically appropriate.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
You don't need to know before reaching out. A consultation can give us an opportunity to discuss what's bringing you to therapy, what you're looking for, and whether I may be a good fit.
How often would we meet?
Frequency depends on your needs and goals. Many clients begin with weekly sessions, but we'll determine an appropriate schedule together.
What happens during the first session?
We'll spend time getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, discussing your goals, and beginning to identify what you'd like to work on.
